The Hotel Exedra is close to Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, known as Circuito Internazionale Santamonica until 2006, and Misano World Circuit since 2012.
This circuit is famous for hosting since 1991, the traditional race of the world Superbike championship, as it is since 2007 that is the designated track for the Grand Prix of San Marino and Riviera di Rimini motogp, and by 2018 is also the theatre of the Italian round of the German touring car Masters.
Designed and made by the famous Enzo Ferrari, the patron saint of the homonymous automobile company, the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli picked up immediately, the general consensus popular, especially on the part of fans.
The circuit has hosted from 1980 to 1993 some of the Grand prix motorcycle as the motorcycle Grand Prix of Nations, the motorcycle Grand Prix of San Marino (named so from 1985 to 1987) and, finally, the motorcycle Grand Prix of Italy.
Also in 1988, he was appointed as the location for the first and the fifth episode of Games without frontiers.
